Tänkte ni skulle få kika på mina kursbeskrivningar för hösten. Eftersom många som läser verkar vara intresserade av skolan, reklam, San Francisco och så vidare.


Web Design 1

This is an introductory web design and production course, which teaches students to create web pages and sites using various software packages. Hyper-Text Markup Language (HTML) coding, XHTML with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), site structure and navigation methods will be covered, including contemporary web standards and usability.

Student will be able to:

• Use BBEdit software to "hand code" XHTML and CSS
• Design and produce multiple page, functional web sites.
• Design and produce functional interactive layouts and navigation systems stressing structural integrity, information hierarchy, unity and usability.

Interactive Advertising

This course introduces students to the rapidly developing world of online ad units. The course will focus on developing concepts for and executing rich media in a demo format. Creative briefs, storyboards, and Flash demo techniques will be utilized to bring students' ideas to life.


Guerilla Online & Television

In this course, students will examine the current state of the emerging guerilla advertising medium and explore how the tactic might fit into a larger advertising campaign.

This is an intense and fast-moving course, and students who take it should be ambitious self-starters. The real focus of this class is creative — what you're creating for your portfolio. But you're going to have to do a fair amount of technical stuff as well. So if you don't already know how to use a DV camera and simple video editing software, you're going to have to learn how to use both, quickly.

Och så ska jag gå Ad Team online, finns ingen info om den kursen än. Men det blir nog bra. Gladast är jag över CSS-kursen, är i gravt behov av mer kunskap när det gäller det. Flash är jag hemma i redan. Egentligen vill jag ta en grafisk design-kurs i höst också, funderar fortfarande på att skriva upp mig för det i sista sekund. Måste sätta ihop en grafisk design-portfolio då, och det kan jag väl i och för sig göra. Annars får jag ta fler grafiska kurser nästa vår och sommar.

Är så seg. Imorrn ska jag in till stan med jycken, vi ska leta resväska och försöka fixa plackborttagning åt honom. Sen måste jag hem, duscha jycken, göra mig i ordning, tillbaks in till stan för att träffa Elin. Sen lördag är det kräftskiva med ett förhoppningsvis ganska stort gäng. Det kommer bli en fin helg. Hoppas vädret hänger med.
